Little Lambs Childcare is a ministry of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in West Bend, providing loving, Christ-centered care for children ages 6 weeks and up. Our goal is simple and meaningful: to support families by creating a safe, nurturing environment where children are cared for, encouraged, and surrounded by the love of Jesus each day.
We partner with parents during some of their most formative years, helping lay a strong foundation of faith, trust, and joyful learning that will serve children well as they grow.

At Little Lambs, we believe young children learn best through loving relationships, consistent routines, and hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity and growth. Our educational approach and curriculum are developmentally appropriate, relationship-driven, culturally diverse, and intentionally faith-filled.
Each classroom is designed to meet children where they are developmentally, offering age-appropriate lessons and activities. Bible stories, songs, prayer, and Christ-centered conversations are woven naturally into each day, helping children learn about Jesus in ways they can understand and experience.
