Exploring God’s World, Growing in His Word
Lutheran Pioneers at Good Shepherd is an fun and engaging program where kids learn new skills, grow in faith, and build lasting friendships through hands-on activities and outdoor adventures. Open to both boys and girls, Pioneers meets once a month for lessons, fun projects, and fellowship.
One of the highlights of the year is our annual camping trip, where kids explore God’s creation, develop teamwork, and make unforgettable memories. Throughout the year, Pioneers also participate in special events and activities designed to encourage faith, leadership, and service.

For: 1st—8th Graders
Upcoming Dates: Select Mondays
Time: 6–7:30 PM
Location: Pioneers begins in the church sanctuary before kids break into age- and gender-based groups.
